Cover water efficiently and keep lures in the strike zone. Start with a simple four-rod spread: two corner lures short, two flat lines long.

Suggested Spread

• Short corners: deep-divers or weighted skirts
• Flat lines: feather jigs, bullets or swimmers
• Teasers: daisy chains or birds to raise fish

Turn down-sea to deploy, then S-curves to cover edges of structure. When a rod goes off, keep the boat moving to convert the second strike.
